Spinach, Avocado & Kiwi Salad

Here we embrace the nutritional benefits of ‘skin food’ with this Vitamin C rich salad, combining fresh fruits and vegetables for seriously delicious results. Your skin will thank you later!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1 – 2 kiwi fruit, peeled, and cut into cubes
  • 2 ounces baby spinach
  • Handful of Raisins

Method:

Measure and prepare all ingredients, mix together accordingly. Pair with grilled fish or perhaps even something like this recipe, enjoy!
